Eyal Yanilov - Krav Maga defence against stomp attack

What is Krav Maga?

Krav Maga is a practical, street-level self-defence system.  Originally created for the Israeli Defence Forces, it has now been modified for civilian use and is practised all over the world by children, teens and adults of all ages.  The self-defence techniques used are based on natural, instinctive movements which can be learned easily.  Krav Maga training develops the technical, tactical, physical and mental techniques required to effectively deal with an attacker and the stress of an agressive confrontation.

Self Defence, Self-Protection, Fighting and Combat Skills as well as Third Party Protection, are some of the areas covered in the Krav Maga Global (KMG) training programme.  There is also a grading system for those who seriously want to pursue self-defence training – Pracitioner Levels 1-5, Graduate Levels 1-5 (Instructor Level) and Expert Levels.  Gradings take place regularly and are conducted by the Global Team. A full list of grading dates can be found in Upcoming Events 2015
